Dr. Huott is the BEST! I needed a procedure done to help a painful scar tissue cyst on the bottom of my foot. I had to have the same procedure done at the university foot and ankle institute of new england in Warwick and never returned there as the procedure was immensely painful and the Dr. there (Gallucci) handled it horribly and was cruel and disrespectful towards me and my mother. The situation couldn't have been farther from that with Dr. Huott. He was incredibly helpful, caring and effective in making the procedure as comfortable as possible. He didn't rush and walked me through the whole thing, was transparent with how the procedure would feel, and offered advice and comfort even while I was emotional afterwards (needle phobia/pain). My follow-up appointment got moved 45 minutes later and I showed up at the original time (that’s on me). I then checked in and was left waiting for full hour before going up to remind the staff I was here, while watching other patients who’s appointment was at the same time get taken back. Turns out they had forgotten about me, and the receptionist quietly suggested it was my fault, even though I’d made it clear I was going to wait for the actual time. The follow-up itself was about 5 minutes of the doctor’s time, and frankly could’ve been a phone call. I believe my insurance was charged >$100 for this. Overall my experience with the doctor and my original visit was good, but the follow-up visit seemed like a cash grab and I was not treated well by the staff.

This is honestly the best experience I've ever had at any doctors appointment. The staff is the most friendly and inviting plus the doctor is top notch. My surgery was simple and painless. My foot feels a thousand times better. I highly recommend this office to anyone that has the slightest foot problem.

Dr Thomas Huott was very thorough and caring. He sent me for all the diagnostic testing needed to find out exactly what was causing my foot and ankle pain and neuropathy. His office manager Angie was great at making sure these appointments were scheduled quickly. They helped me get another opinion quickly too so I could consider whether to have surgery. Dr Huott has a great team that cares about helping their patients.

Dr Sardella and his staff truly are the best! If you ask around inquiring on who’s the best Doctor to see for feet, his name is mentioned on cue. I went in for what was supposed to be a painful procedure and he talked, actually talked to me about restaurants, ailments, Ext all throughout the procedure which totally put me at ease. I’ve already referred a fellow employee to him and he also has had excellent results which he’s an avid golfer and life is now good again for him.
