Outstanding care. Excellent communication, ready and willing to listen and give expert advice. The support staff is wonderful. I don’t know what I’d do without Dr. Firoz, Nurse Becky and Eunice caring for me and my skin. Highly recommend and extremely grateful.

The main receptionist in charge of scheduling appointments is excruciatingly rude and unpleasant, always. It is baffleing that she remains employed. You can expect such experiences as standing and waiting, without any acknowledgement, for a good long time while she finishes texting on her phone. It is clear she is chronically pissed off and either hates the patients at this facility or her job. Possibley both.

I have an ongoing skin issue, that I felt desperate to see my dermatologist, after 4 weeks of my PCP trying to treat. I call the number. I hold for 10 minutes, but I’m at work, so then I choose to leave a voicemail. In the voicemail message, I am already getting scolded by the recording that I am NOT allowed to call back with the same issue, as it will “clog” things up. I leave a confidential, detailed message. I wait 30 hours. I call again. This time I am able to be on hold for 17 minutes, and I get a live person. I then go through everything I said in the confidential voicemail. She then PROMISES me she will call me the next morning. Maybe beca
