First time seeing Dr. Chaven and was not disappointed. Despite a wait of nearly an hour to see him, he was professional and clear spoken, had all my medical records from previous urologists and listened closely to my more recent issues with UTIs. He also understood my insistence on ‘going under’ for certain procedures like cystoscopies. I liked him and his direct approach. Office was efficient and friendly.

I was seeing Gorbatiy as follow up after a surgery to remove a kidney stone. I contact the office to inform them I had Another visit to the ER due to a second stone passing and the front desk said I couldn’t get in for an appt for 6-8 weeks, while in excruciating pain. Only after I requested Why I couldn’t see another Dr or PA on site they scheduled for 2 weeks out. In the meantime I attempted to have same pain and antibiotic meds refilled and they declined. Even requested to talk to the medical department and they never called back after 2-3 messages. When I finally got in two weeks after, the PA was nice. The front office for scheduling is horrendous. Rude and unprofessional. Even when getting in and needing another follow up the front desk said they couldn’t get me in for another 6

Dr. Chenven is an excellent urologist. His bedside manner is a little rough at times but he clearly knows his stuff. Through several appointments and subsequent tests he was able to successfully evaluate and treat my BPH, first through medication trial and error and finally an out patient laser ablation treatment to what was discovered as a "medial lobe" of my prostrate. I was never pressured into a surgery and he thoroughly explained all the risks, pros and cons of each possible test, medication, and procedure. Three months post procedure, my bladder is still getting back in shape but all other aspects are great. I was very concerned regarding possible sexual side effects post procedure but with the doc's surgical expertise he was able to spare the critical bits. I got my full "mojo" ba
