Broward Health Weston

I recently had both a mammogram and an ultrasound at Broward Health Weston and had a wonderful experience. Laura (mammogram) was warm, professional, and made the process quick and comfortable. Devi (ultrasound) was equally kind and thorough, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I felt at ease the entire time. Both were exceptionally skilled and compassionate — they turned what can often be a stressful visit into a smooth and reassuring experience. Highly recommend their care!

Quick and easy, no wait. Front desk nurse was awesome, filled out a few papers. Saw nurse within a few minutes, had my daughters sore throat looked at and got a negative step test within 10 minutes and we were on our way.

I recently had a truly exceptional experience at Broward Health Weston. From start to finish, the staff made my visit as comfortable as possible, turning what could have been a nerve-wracking day into a pleasant one. At registration, Danielle, my Patient Access Professional, was gentle, kind, and professional in handling the clerical aspects of my visit. His calm demeanor helped set a positive tone from the start. My mammogram was conducted with remarkable precision by Laura, who was wonderfully understanding of my anxiety due to a strong family history of breast cancer. Mellisa was the provider I saw. Unfortunately she had a clear lack of empathy for me, sent me home with no meds no prescription. I got home puked out my stomach and fainted. Called to see if she could write me a prescription for the nausea and an ibuprofen and she would not even come to the phone. They said they would call me back and never did. I called twice after an hr later and they did not respond anymore. It really felt so inhumane how I was treated.

I came to the Urgent Care clinic with my son, who had a very bad cough, fever and respiratory difficulties. We got here at 10 am and only at 11:30 am (an hr and a half later!) the nurse took his vitals. When I asked why was it taking so long, they told us that they still didn't get an answer from our medical insurance, and they could only called us in after they answered. It was only after we paid for our visit that the nurse called us. After that, we waited for another 40 min for the Dr. Apparently our emergency was not important for them. May I mention that the waiting room was empty when we arrived, only one patient before us, and that they even called in people that arrived after us, before calling us. Very disappointed with the clinic and part of the staff!
