Broward Health Sports Medicine

I rarely write reviews, but the team at Broward Health Orthopedics / Sports Medicine on Andrews Avenue truly deserves recognition. From my very first visit, the front desk staff made an impression that I will never forget. I came in uninsured and paying completely out of pocket. When I learned I would have to pay for an X-ray up front, I honestly panicked. I had never paid for something like that myself before and I thought it was going to cost thousands. I remember standing there with tears in my eyes. Two women at the front desk, Miss G and Nakia (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), treated me with so much patience and respect in that moment. Nakia was helping me directly, and as soon as Miss G finished assisting another patient she immediately stepped in to help too. Miss G was calm,

Of course Dr. Kapila is an excellent hand surgeon, but it's her vibe that makes her exceptional. Always smiling, so kind, encouraging and always made me feel like I was her only patient! I can't say enough good things about her, she's awesome

The staff needs to be retrained I was told I don’t push chairs by a a woman wearing scrubs in a sports medicine trauma center. That just doesn’t add up the doctor you work under would have a majority of patients immobile or in a wheel chair. If I was able to walk I would have walked right out. This is how you will be treated after getting hit by a truck! If you have money or insurance and want to be treated well in your time of pain and suffering go else where!!!!

This is by far the most poorly operated doc office ive ever had to call id infact have more chance talking to donald trump then i do someone here a complete joke the dumb ppl at the front cant even answer the phone after ive called 150 times

I was lucky enough to have roxanne as the person to pick up my call she was amazing assisting me any way how. She was amazing. Round of applause for her👏👏👏👏👏
