Today my busy here was very delightful, even though I’m here for a procedure that I am so nervous about I was greeted by Miss Tina and Miss Helen at the front desk and was a escorting over to the ER from the main entrance by the older gentleman who works across FBI doctor at the moment I can’t recall his name I had an interaction with is very professional and nice. I can highly recommend this hospital for anybody who does not want to wait hours and is in need of care. I was then met Dr. John, who was really nice and understanding. Help me get a minute so I can under. Procedure on my way out I meant two nice women and the lady who cleans the rooms named Miss TT. The staff at this hospital is AMAZING!!! My mother was admitted on Thursday to the hospital and staff truly exemplified the definition of a nurse, empathy, compassion, kindness, gentleness, patience, and love! Barbara from Uganda 🇺🇬 is such a beautiful and nurturing soul. Yolanda a nurse of more than 30 years still cares with gentleness and ease. Sarah was so sweet and patient with my providing all information concerning my mom. Kira from the emergency room who is from Thailand 🇹🇭 so sweet. Even the young lady from the financial records, she was so sweet. I forgot to get her name 🤦🏾‍♀️. The head charge Nurse was super nice and compassionate. I am so grateful that I chose to take my mom to this hospital 🏥. I only wish I could copy and paste these amazing individuals into more of our medica

Very disappointed with the ER experience tonight. I came in with my mother and initially everything seemed fine—staff were friendly and helpful. In fact came across and old colleague, we chatted , laughed , all great …As the shift changed, the atmosphere completely shifted after it was mentioned that I’m an ER nurse. When I asked for basic updates on my mother’s results, the response from the PA and RN felt defensive and dismissive. Being a healthcare professional doesn’t mean I’m there to challenge anyone—I’m there as a daughter advocating for my mom, just like any other family member would. It’s disappointing to see colleagues turn on each other instead of supporting one another. Patients and families deserve respectful communication, regardless of their background.

As with all your employees I had the privilege and pleasure to interface with the room cleaning person Araura who was both chewy and compassionate to my medical malady. I’m not sure of your facility’s policies nor protocols but it was I who initiated contact. She was very responsive attentiveness, enthusiasm and enthusiasm. She made me feel so comfortable in my predicament. She is a true asset and ambassador to your great organization and I believe she should be commended for her valuable service. I was admitted this Tuesday for Colitis. I am on chemotherapy and got an infection. It reminded me of my first stay at imperial point when I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I came in on November 29th 2023 with fluid on my lungs. I was introduced to Dr Naberezny, the hospitalist which i had never heard of. This dr was amazing. I truly believe he is responsible for getting me in the right frame of mind to beat my cancer. He listened patiently to my questions, and explained things in a way I could understand, he always took his time when me. He was so positive thru the days of testing and right up to when he diagnosed me on December 4th. He said I had a good cancer and I am healthy and will be fine. He coordinated the set up of the Dr's I would need. I had appointments all ready to go with th
