My son is currently a patient here. He has autism is twenty eight years old and is sufferinga mental health crisis. Communication with staff here is meager at best. I found out last night my son has a broken toe after they told me that it was fine. That he could wiggle it. Here it is about 10 hours after they confirmed with an x ray that it is broken and no updates on the notes whether or not he has been given something more substantial for the pain than tylenol. This is not okay. My son has rights. Beginning to wonder what hospitals are for when honestly, sometimes all they seem to be doing is imprison...

Don’t recommend this place the dental office is unprofessional I had an appointment @ 8 am and was the first to sign in there was 2 people that walked in after me they got called before me even a walk-in went in before me I’m so upset

I dont understand how this hospital can even stay in business. I just received a bill from an ER visit in 2022. I called my insurance company and they claim they paid it within weeks of my visit. Annoyed at the delay of receiving the bill, I still went online to pay the balance. I kept receiving an error message that there was no match on my email address & the name and account number that was on the statement. So, frustrated , I finally called the # on the statement. That office doesn't accept payments over the phone, but they gave me another number to call. That number does not allow you to speak to anyone. Instead it puts you in a recorded loop that eventually makes you leave a message for a call back. And no one calls you back. I've tried. Several times. For such a big hospital organ

Waiting time is crazy for doctor's appointment. Do not recommend this place unless you have at least half of your day free. To see PCP took almost 2 hours, then another hour was waiting in the waiting room for the blood work. If you are short in time and don't want to spend few hours waiting for the blood work you should ask for estimate time otherwise they not going to let you know.

I had my worst experience at this place i was seeing the doctor since early my pregnancy they lost my blood work tests and then took more than a month a half for they tell me my daughter was 47xxx so I had to fly in the last minute and spent a tons of money we didn’t have (my partner and I) to find a place to make an abortion on last minute. I was patient from broward health since my 10 weeks of pregnancy and I was really disappointed and stressed for they never care about my blood tests. They never ever noticed it is was never made. Most of the places out of the state make an abortion up to 24 weeks pregnant and i was 23 weeks when i was informed about the syndrome. Luckily I found a place to book my abortion.
