I first attended Broward Family Dental Care in October of 2021 and my first visit was great. However my second visit I was scheduled at 12pm. Upon arrival an older woman refused to check me in because according to her "Who scheduled you during lunch?" I was confused as to why she thought it was appropriate to ask me such a question. The Dentist came and check me in. I figured I'd give her a pass since she may have been in a bad mood because she was hungry. I left that day and forgot about the experience. I received a text from the office in March to scheduled a new appointment. When I called to do so, the same older Carribean lady answered and was very abrasive. This is by far one of the best dental practices I have ever been to. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They go above and beyond to ensure that each patient receives quality care in a safe and sterile environment. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is world class! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone in need of dental care.

They make u feel at home, it was nice to see that they had bilingual speaking people at the front desk to help out customers! I would recommend this dentist to everyone! Everyone is nice and always happy to help
