Solid threading, but the price is wild I’ve walked past this brow places in downtown Orlando a bunch of times and finally decided to pop in for a threading with my wife. We came as walk-ins and they asked us to come back in 30 minutes, which was totally fine. When we returned we were seated right away — no extra waiting. The actual threading was great. Jada did mine and she was super sweet — kept checking in to make sure I liked the shape, handed me the mirror a couple times to approve, and made the whole thing painless and comfortable. My brows came out clean and exactly how I wanted them. My wife was happy with hers too. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars (and probably won’t be back) is the price. I had an amazing experience at BrowWizard! My brows have never looked better. Joely did an incredible job, she was skilled, attentive, and really understood the shape I wanted. The Downtown location is beautiful and has such a great vibe. Parking can be a little tricky, so I recommend asking about parking options beforehand and leaving a bit early for your appointment. It’s worth it, you’ll walk out looking like the queen you are! Highly recommend! 👑✨

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded here by two different girls, and both of them did an amazing job. They took their time with the measurements and made my brows perfectly even. The price is a little higher than what I’m used to, but it’s absolutely worth it because the results always come out so clean and precise. This is officially the only place I’ll be going for my brows from now on. Jada did my eyebrows during my last visit, and she was not only super nice but also really pretty! I’m planning to have her microblade my eyebrows soon because I really trust her work. Highly recommend this place!

Joely really is a brow wizard! I felt so comfortable the entire time and she listened to every request and delivered perfectly. The area was so clean and professional, and as a picky person I had never found somewhere that I have been completely satisfied until I came to the brow wizard. I definitely recommend!

Owner is allll about $. After being a loyal client for yearsss, I have an unauthorized duplicate charge of over $200 on my account for a previously paid deposit weeks after my brow service was completed. (paid in-person and completed the service, then charged my cc on file without any formal consent). Clients should closely monitor their billing statements and saved payment methods as they keep all ccs on file.
