Broulim's Pharmacy

I've never had a problem with the pharmacists at the Shelley broulims. Our family has been using them for 9 years now. I don't usually have many questions for them as I usually have most of the information I need already from the prescribing doctor. However they always ask if I need any information and have always been pleasant to interact with.

The Shelley Broulim's Pharmacy is terrible. They will give your medication away even after you've communicated with them. They never have my steroid inhaler available. They don't even have the courtesy to tell you that they don't have it in when you refill them. They send you a text message stating you medication are ready for pickup and you show up to get them, for them to tell you 'I'm sorry but your medication aren't ready yet, you will need to wait another 45 minutes.' I don't not recommend sending your medications here. They Sunnyside Broulim's Pharmacy is very nice to work with.

The two pharmacists, Dan and Heather are very rude everytime I've had to talk to them. They do not take your concerns seriously and neither of them actually care about the customers. I've had to go back to the pharmacy several times because I've received someone else's medication, the wrong dose or some of my medication has been missing. This place has really gone down hill over the last year and I'm sure it's because of the management being so poorly. I finally found a better pharmacy that genuinely cares about their customers. Do not go here unless you want everything messed up and treated poorly by both the pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians who work there. Very disappointing.

One of the pharmacists was very rude when I missed them closing their window by 1 minute and said their tills were closed and wouldn’t dispense my medication. I then asked for recommendations on how to combat the side effects from not being able to take said medication, and he rudely brushed me off saying “nope sorry”. I recognize I should’ve been there earlier, but life happens and I would’ve expected a small town pharmacy to be much more understanding. I’d rather drive to Idaho Falls if the staff is going to be rude and unaccommodating.

They're typically very quick and reliable but on and off for the past 6 months I have been receiving my medication with the incorrect dose and instruction. I've worked with my doctor so I know they have the correct prescription. It's disappointing to see this decline after so many years.
