I needed questions answered about my son’s vaccination and reached out to the pharmacy in Rigby. Jason thoroughly researched and addressed all of my concerns. He ordered the vaccine needed and had it ready the next day. I have always found the personnel at this pharmacy to be outstanding.

Kind people. Drive through can get busy but they work hard to get things through quickly.

While Broulims' overall system can be kind of funky sometimes I've never had a bad experience with the pharmacists or techs here, and I just wanted to say that today Savannah really went the extra mile for me on a prescription there was some confusion about and helped me avoid a call to my insurance which is always nice. I really appreciate it!

Had a problem with a medicine, talked to Pharmacist. He gave me an invalid number to call the company that makes the drug. The company is in India. No Help. I grew up with the Broulim family but will be taking my pharma business elsewhere. Edit: I really respect and care for the Broulim Family. I ended up going to my HC provider and he wrote another prescription that Walgreens filled, they use a different provider for the Med's and my issue went away immediately. The company B. used for my meds is Torrent. It was probably a bad batch in manufacturing, but, they should follow up with other users to ensure no problems exist. Thanks for the response.

If I could give a negative number I would. Despite their continued reassurance the staff never follows through. I have medications that are on automatic refill but no service. I also signed up for text messages when medication is ready. Again no follow through. I can’t complain to the manager enough. The lead says it will be fixed but after a year it remains the same. I hate to change because the pharmacy is close. However ;…….Update: The pharmacist called me the day following this post. He assured me that he would get this fixed and he did. Since posting this review I have received text messages for my prescriptions on a regular basis. I am only giving it four stars for now to see if it continues. For now...they have been awesome
