Broomfield Massage

If I could give negative stars, I would!!! Here’s the updated version with the second no-show included: ⸻ ⭐️ 1 Star – Completely Unprofessional and Repeated No-Shows I had an appointment scheduled that Broomfield Massage confirmed twice—once by text and once by email. Despite all the confirmations, the massage therapist canceled on the same day, just hours before my appointment. I decided to give them another chance and scheduled a second appointment, which was also confirmed by text and email. Once again, no one showed up. I waited 30 minutes, called multiple times, and got no answer at all. Two confirmed appointments, two no-shows. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. Do NOT recommend!!!!!!!!

Cancelled same day but I was weary due to reviews and was glad they cancelled in advance of me leaving my toddler and baby to drive across town only to not have anyone be there.

Never can reach them. They never called back. I even left a note with my info on their desk. Also, if you can't do steps, this place is up a whole flight of steps. We are going to try to get our money back from Groupon . Even after 3 contacts from Groupon to vendor- things have not been taken care of at all. This is all very true.

Extremely frustrated with this business. The prior review says, “hard to get ahold of”. More like nearly IMPOSSIBLE. I’ve called every day for the past two weeks trying to get ahold of this place to schedule a massage. I spoke with a girl a few times and could never hear her. The last time I finally got in contact with someone she said she would call me back and I have heard nothing. I’ve been attempting to get a relaxing massage for weeks now but I’ve finally given up. Their hours are odd and they will only contact you, maybe after 6pm. Don’t waste your time.

I bought a couples massage on Groupon and read the reviews of the company, after. I also had some issues with contacting them, but it was not due to the company, but due to groupon, I was a little skeptical going in, but let me tell you what.... my therapist was phenomenal! Her name was Ameliana, she worked on my body so professionally, she is amazing! I will definitely go back to see her.
