I love Dr. Gerry and his daughter and dentist Dr. Alexis Mack. They are true gems. This is a real family practice. The hygenists are very kind - and EXCELLENT with children. The women who work up front have worked there forever - which is a testament to how kind Dr. Gerry is. Dr. Alexis even walked my son over personally to another office in the same complex that I was at when I was trying to do double duty and be at my daughters Orthodontist appt while he was having a cavity filled. AMAZING people and good souls. <3

Dr. Gerry and Dr. Alexis are hands down the best. I’ve been in the oral surgery field for over 30 years and nobody comes close to the skill, care, and kindness that they provide each and every patient. I highly recommend this office both personally and professionally. If you’re looking for a dentist or looking to make a change, this is the place to go.

Wow! The is the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Alexis Mack is out of this world! Her father, Dr. Gerry, also seems phenomenal (I had just a brief moment or two to meet him -- I absolutely can see now why people rave about him and his practice!). Alexis is very friendly, puts you at ease, and does not do, or continue, with anything while working on your teeth unless you are absolutely comfortable and OK with it. I was referred to her from a nearby oral surgeon (another excellent person: Dr. Bruce Wetmore, located just a few doors down, actually) -- I had a very sensitive tooth that had recently crumbled, with pieces literally falling off. BEWARE OF FRAUD!! I should first mention that my husband and I both work in healthcare and can recognize when shady things are going on… There are many things that have frustrated my family about this practice, but this takes the cake. We have given them our new insurance MANY times, and they refuse to bill the correct insurance. So then of course we get notified that “nothing is covered” and they tell us we owe tons of money that we don’t. For two and a half years they have been billing old insurance (from my husband’s second to last job) that we haven’t had for a very long time. We even talked directly to Dr. Gerry about this issue in person, after hours at the office, and he shook his head and said, “Yeah that happens in here sometimes. I’ll personally make sure it gets fixed.” And it n

I have been to many dentists over the years, including working for a few as well. Dr. Gerry and his staff are wonderful. They all truly care and listen your concerns. They make you so comfortable and make it so easy to get your appointment. I love that they use e-mail and text messaging because with my busy schedule it would be easy to forget. The office is always so clean and welcoming. If you hesitate to go to the dentist you have now, you are with the wrong dentist. I look forward to the visits I have regardless because i have NO doubt I am in the best hands for the Best dental care.
