The scheduler/receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and will definitely prevent new patients from going to this practice due to her terrible attitude. Very bad first impression. We just moved here from out of state so I simply called to make a new patient appt. I was very kind over the phone while inquiring about the practice and wanting to schedule an appt. The scheduler/receptionist immediately had an attitude and the first thing she said was I cannot speak to you until I have your child's records in front of me.. I totally understand the importance of needing records as I am a healthcare worker myself. I have never experienced such disrespect and attitude, as I treat all of my patients with kindness, respect, and patience. I told her I can definitely have my child's current pediatrician fax

**Discriminative** Was trying to verify why their facility does NOT provide any kind of translation services. I was told by Heather numerous times that they communicate with their clients with the application on the clients phones. It is a NY State REQUIREMENT to have translations services put into place for non English speaking clients. A Dr. Patel got onto the phone and asked what the complaint was and whilst in the middle of explaining she kept speaking over me, not trying to listen to help resolve, but what it seemed like listened to just say she cannot be of assistance and then begin to say that they in fact DO have something put in place. None of them were able to state the name of the translation service therefore prompting me to believe she lied. They also stated they needed the

Amazing care with both of our children. Having a disabled child receive great care in this area is scarce but this office is wonderful from the front office staff to the nurses and doctors. They not only listen but have good knowledge in disability care and suggestions, helping us make more better and informed decisions. Couldn’t recommend them more to any friends or family looking for better care in the area.

Dr Carter is wildly unprofessional and rude. I left his care after 3 months of being with his office. He was very dismissive and condescending. Even went as far as rolling his eyes at me. The front desk staff is also terrible. One of the girls is great but the attitude from the rest are awful. They won't let you send a message to the doctor, instead they answer the questions as a non-medical professional. Don't waste your time here.

I've taken my children here since they were newborns and they've never let us down. Yes they are very busy but that's because they are trying to fit everyone who has a need in and lets face it, sickness is running rampant now. They've always accommodated our needs and have come to know my children individually and work hard to address whatever issue they're having. I really truly love this office and am grateful for the years of care they've given my family, especially Dr. Miller, Dr. K & Dr. Carter.
