Brookshire's Pharmacy

This pharmacy used to be really good when it was still Brookshires. You can't get a hold of anyone because of the stupid automated system. The hours on Google are incorrect as well. This place has gone downhill....wayyyy downhill. Brookshires you made a huge mistake.

Antibiotics are difficult to fill here. When one is on back order, no effort is made to contact the provider or customer. One is instead met with “well, about that. You’re gonna have to call the provider in the morning for something different. This one is on back order” at the counter to ask if it’s ready 2.5 hours after it is sent from the provider. When the customer expresses fear and panic that their child with strep throat is expected to go another 15+ hours without antibiotic and says “but it’s an antibiotic needed now,” the response of the pharmacy tech is “well, I understand that” with a tone and body language not expected to encounter at a pharmacy. This is the 3rd instance of this with Brookshire’s pharmacy in Kilgore. You would think I would’ve quit giving them chances at red

It's painful to give them one star. God forbid you are put in situation where a controlled substance is prescribed to you. You'll receive eye rolls, delays, snarky attitudes, did I mention delays? I'll be changing pharmacies as soon as possible and regret giving them any business.

This is easily the worst pharmacy you could have a prescription filled at. They take 10 times longer than anywhere else to get a prescription filled. It is absolutely ridiculous the time they take to fill a prescription. If you need it filled in a hurry do not go here.

I have had problems with this pharmacy for a while trying to get my prescriptions each month. They are rude, unprofessional, no one knows what's is going on
