work is average but the female delivery driver ruins our day every time she delivers a case. Terrible attitude and always has a problem with our office. Considering they are a small lab and we give them lots of business, we figure the relationship between driver and office would be good. Not only does she leave rude notes on cases but she seems to go out of her way to make the front desk uncomfortable with snarky comments and bad body language.
