I’ve been in legitimate, long-term pain management for 7 years and have never felt more consistently judged, obstructed, or treated w/ contempt than I have by one particular pharmacist at this location. There is a profound difference between following regulations & playing moral gatekeeper, and this pharmacist crosses that line repeatedly. Patients picking up pain-related prescriptions are treated with visible suspicion & condescension—as if needing medication somehow makes you morally suspect. The attitude is cold, dismissive, and frankly humiliating. On my most recent visit, after seeing my physician and being told my prescriptions were ready, only half were filled—despite no pattern of early refills on my part. I was required to make three separate trips to pick up pain meds. Curiousl

They are always very friendly and very helpful. I see some people get upset because they think they take too long. We need to understand that we aren't the only ones they are taking care of. It could be someone at the drive through or on the phone. Just wait your turn, they will take care of you as soon as they can. Try standing in their shoes everyday.wish I had a picture of their smiling faces.

Why is it this Pharmacy changes management and clerks so often? Because this Pharmacy has been incompetent of serving customers in an appropriate capacity and manner. Until this Pharmacy can keep decent management that will treat customers with respect they’ll never be better.

I took a chance to have my prescriptions filled here because it's closer to my home than where I usually go. NEVER AGAIN!!!! After waiting for an hour, I was told my medication would not be coming in until the following morning. When I stated that I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, the lady said, "Well she didn't know" WITH an attitude! No apology, nothing. I came back the following day at 4:30 PM only to be told they were "Workkng on the medication now" and to park or go back into the line and it would be ready in 10 minutes. To be safe, I gave them 30 minutes before going back into the line and there were 5 cars ahead of me. I finally got one prescription filled and only 10 of a 60 count tablet prescription because they STILL WERE UNABLE to fill one prescription completely. I as
