Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy

I just wanted to say THANKS for hiring one of the most caring and helpful pharmacists I have ever met, Meghan Hicks, pharmacy manager for Brookshire Brothers #26. My wife & I like a lot of older people have more than our share of medical challenges. Miss Meghan & her staff always take care of whatever challenges my wife & I have with a smile. Some problems were taken care of before I even know there’s a problem. You always see these commercials on tv of these pharmacists being so helpful, smiling & actually caring, then you go to most large chains & think those people don’t exist. Well they do, few & far between but Miss Meghan is that person. Thanks again & may God Bless Miss Meghan & her staff as we are blessed to have her in our small town pharmacy ;-))

I have used this pharmacy since they opened around 2018. In the beginning the employees were citizens of this small community. When I had a severe health crisis and needed a certain drug which had to be ordered one certain employee refused to order it due to the custody battle I was in over my grandchildren. I raised them from the time they were 5, 2, and 6 weeks for 9 years. (I wasn’t the only person this employee did this to!) I contacted the home office in Lufkin, Texas to file a complaint. I also went to another pharmacy 30 miles away for my many prescriptions for 4+ years until the home office brought in new employees that were not local. During the past year I have returned to BROOKSHIRE Brothers in Jewett and the new outside staff are terrific!

Love BB pharmacy in Jewett! All the ladies there always work on my meds & fix any problems we have with my insurance anytime & always with a smile 😊 I only wish they had a drive thru
