Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy

Everyone there has always been polite to my wife and I. Sometimes it takes a little while to get prescriptions filled because they are always very busy, so we COMMUNICATE when we are going to be in town and they do thier best. In the past we have had prescription issues and they would get them straightened out by calling the prescriber and us. Thank you Buffalo BB.

We just moved here in the middle of May. I wish I was more attentive and better at remembering names. There was a younger lady that was helping me at first before a gentleman came in to help. He only stepped in because I told her to help the drive thru people. I was transferring my prescriptions from another Brookshire Brother's Pharmacy. They were both going to write it all down when the gentleman realized it was easier just to do it in the system since it was from another BBP. Then, I just had to name the script I needed refilled and they obliged. Though it was about a week without it. But, that may be mostly my fault for not checking sooner.

Doctor will send in your medication but they never fill it unless you call and even then you will still have to constantly call just to make sure it gets filled. Edit: There are two very nice techs who are accommodating. The male tech hangs the phone up or leaves you on hold seemingly on purpose. The past few times I've called he hands the phone to a female tech or does not have consistent or accurate answers. I assume due to lack of knowledge, favoritism, or perhaps having a bad day several days out of each month.

Never been happy with the service here, specifically the “male tech” people have mentioned. In reading your responses, they appear as “copy and paste”; no real care. Would love to shop here but not happening until noticeable changes are made.

Extremely rude customer service. I live out of town so I have to plan my trips to town for the errands I need to run. I have called asking when my prescription will be ready and I get short, rude comments back. I will be transferring my prescriptions.
