I wrote a review over a year ago and stated I would give a zero rating If I could. Not because of the doctors, because they’re top Notch but because of the receptionists . I am happy and pleased to say that the office staff had a complete turnaround. They are friendly, polite, understanding, and they do their job perfectly. I am very pleased to see the change in the office staff.

WARNING THEY OVERCHARGE YOU.. Do not pay more then what it says on your Co-Pay.. The girl in the billing department, is extremely rude, and made excuses when she could simply pull up the documents from her computer, she told me I'd have to wait 3 weeks.. I contacted my insurance company as well as Insurance Department Frauds Bureau.. I wouldn't be surprised, if more people were robbed as I was, unfortunately for them, I'm not as forgetful, or forgivable. Update: still haven't received my money, and as usual the employees are very unhelpful, and disrespectful.

Careless lady working at the front desk. With serious flu complications, I couldn’t get an appointment because the worker at the front desk was too lazy to register me as a new patient. I hope this gets attention from their superiors and the receptionists will be held accountable for reckless working practice. They shouldn't be an obstacle on people's way to receive medical services. (This review was originally posted in November 2019 not 2021).

Both doctors have NO Bedside manner. Sarcastic when answering questions. When I called back with questions after a visit. The receptionist called me and said I had to make an appointment. He didn't care to call back and answer my concerns. The wait is ridiculous. Why must we wait about an hour for each patient before the next one is called. The exam is so brief I told him I had pain in a certain area and he didn't even check it. Thought I'd give them another try after not going for so long...but nothing has changed. I'll stick to the rapid walk in clinics.

There staff is so unprofessional. They don't know how to schedule appointments. They do not speak properly. They constantly make mistakes. Don't give you the right information u need. Just full out waste your time. The doctors are also unprofessional. Do not do in the best interest of there patients. Do not make this place your primary care doctors office. Horrible.
