I receive the BEST care at Brooklyn Family Dentistry! Dr Jacobs has helped me tremendously. He’s super knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff is very friendly and I’m always seen in a timely fashion. They never keep me waiting. This practice is professional, courteous and brilliant!

I needed and have wanted a dentist close to home, as I'm getting older, and I've been going to Dr. Jordan now for a little under a year, and I am very pleased. She informs me of what's going on and what's next, so there's really no surprises. I don't feel the shots to numb me (thats a good thing) so my anxiety level is barely there now. If you're nervous about Dentist visits, I suggest you go see Dr. Jordan, She's good👍

This is by far the best dentist ive been in Michigan, others have been a nightmare. My dentist is VERY thorough although i dont like the cross talking over me between the dentist and assistant. I also feel as a parent that i should not be asked if i can stay in the waiting room while my under age child goes back alone. Thats a hard NO. Also the whole “consult” perspective is garbage i have to leave work just for them to tell me what they could have told me while i was in the chair the 1st time. The consultant room also is not very private. The lady from the front desk is in there as well (she is very nice i get the reasoning behind it) but i was embarrassed to have her in there as my teeth are not the greatest. Very professional high quality office but made me feel at ease as new patient . Tell patient what is happening at each step and dentist kind but firm about my dental issues and developed plan with me. Assistant gentle with x-rays, not like the old cardboard days. Front of office staff efficient and I got estimate of co-pay before visit.

The quality of care and professionalism is exceptional. They are especially great helping clients, like myself, who have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work. They are gentle and explain everything, and don't make you feel bad about your teeth. I highly recommend.
