Carina, Amani, and Brenda at the dentist office are absolutely amazing! All three of them are highly professional, welcoming, and make every visit feel smooth and comfortable. Amani is incredibly skilled with a beautiful personality that instantly puts you at ease. Carina is always friendly, organized, and super helpful with anything you need. Brenda is just as wonderful — warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure every patient feels cared for. They’re an outstanding team, and they make the whole experience exceptional. My mother called earlier to reschedule her appointment and she was hung up on. She called again and was told there was no Spanish speakers. She asked me to call for her and when I got on the line I could hear people speaking Spanish in the background. I was able to reschedule her appointment, but was hung up on immediately. I called back and let them know I was hung up on and asked if she was going to receive a confirmation text of her appointment. The lady apologized and said yes. I asked if there was any Spanish speakers there and she said there was multiple. It is disappointing to hear that my mother called and was not accommodated and hung up on as well as I was. The staff seems like they need more training on how to treat patients.

Dr. Ravi did an incredible job at removing all of my wisdom teeth on two separate occasions. Because of him, I literally didn't know that I had a hidden upper left wisdom tooth. He was able to remove it with ease. But when it comes to my lower wisdom teeth, it was hell-on-earth. Insurance refused to cover the costs for the surgery on my lower ones, because of how severely impacted it was. So impacted that if it were removed improperly, it would break my lower jaw bone and/or end up with permanent nerve damage. But also it can cause massive bleeding. Not only that but it needed strict authorization from the higher ups. Dr. Ravi decided to prove everyone wrong. On the day of my surgery in early June of 2023, he was prepared. He got his assistant to help with the tools. He was able to use

Do not go to this dentist, no compassion. I had this toothache and they scheduled me three weeks after they got approval from insurance. I tried calling daily for a cancellation mean while I’m in deadly pain. I no longer could wait, and in an emergency had to see another Dentist that said it was crucial that I immediately get a root canal on tooth # 2. This Dentist did the root canal in 30 minutes . Why someone would make a person suffer, all it took was 30min . . I had bacteria inching to my brain. This dentist cared nothing about my pain and my near death experience. All they care about is money. Don’t go to this dentist in an emergency basis…. They cared nothing about me!!!”
