Dr. Brooke Dugas is the perfect combo of professional and personable. Dr. Dugas has a depth and breadth in her field. Years ago she caught that my son’s eyes were not teaming together well and sent him to get Vision Therapy. She always goes above and beyond to make everyone who comes in feel like her favorite patient. We drive past 3 other optometrist offices to see her because we love and trust her!

Dr. Dugas and her team are incredible. My husband had an emergency situation that I was having a hard time getting him to take seriously. She immediately identified it during a routine test, made arrangements that day for the ER and Specialists (like on the phone). Once we got to the ER, she told me to call her to interface with the doc. She sent after hours checkup texts to make sure he was doing ok. Who the heck does that these days? He has so many doctors but her concern and kindness for a relative stranger makes this place one everyone should trust has their best interest in mind. We owe her a lot!

Very conscientious and thorough. She has left her practice and I hope I can find her for continuity of care.
