Bronx-Queens Dental Care

I would give this place a zero if I could but they won't allow you to do that This was the worst dentist I have ever gone to in my life The place is filthy it smells they scream. I had a bonding done for a tooth it came out in one day I went back to get it done again I told him that I can't have epinephrine he got so mad at me he threw the vials of the shots on my legs and started to yell at me told me I was a terrible patient then he said I needed a root canal I asked him what tooth he started to scream This was by far the worst dentist I've ever been to and Im actually thinking of suing him or reporting him to the police. BTW there was a childs bedroom in the actual Dental office.

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. I was suppose to be a first time client and was recommended this location because it's close to my new home. My appt. Was at 10am. And there were 15 minutes late to open. I understand that happens. But it was how rude the lady over the phone was. I had waited outside in the heat. And saw when she went into the building. She was already yelling at someone in the phone and didn't acknowledge that I was there waiting. She hung up the phone on me and didn't even let me speak. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life.

The dentist poked around and said "oh look a cavity!" "oh look another one" and then all of a sudden there was pain. he went ahead and filled them without telling me/asking me. The fillings feel off also, like they needed to be filled down more. 5 - 10 minutes go by and then I asked if there was going to be cleaning. The hygienist(?) said oh well that already happened; we just used this instrument; and then she pointed to something. I came for a cleaning and left with pain. Going to another dentist to have it fixed.

I can't give it a 0 because it's illegal, a terrible, dirty place, more than an hour waiting, I understand your religion and culture but please wear sandals everywhere, a lady takes off her shoes and starts to stink, another man comes in yelling like the owner of the house so they can treat his son first, and oh surprise, the doctor comes out to talk and laugh while the others gossip, and after half an hour of gossiping he takes the boy inside. TERRIBLE PLACE, it literally looked like a video of doctors on the street in India.

Not only is the dentist very unprofessional, but the day receptionist is rude as hell. There is no good thing about that office. I came for a filling, three days later, it felt way too high. Going to another dentist to get it grounded. The only thing stopping me from giving this one star is that the receptionist at night is very pleasent
