Bronson Outpatient Pharmacy - Battle Creek

My daughter was born with a severe heart condition and her medications are difficult to get in. I've been to a lot of pharmacies in Battle Creek due to this issue. THIS pharmacy thus far has never had a single issue with getting her medicine in, as well as giving me accurate information of the statuses of her medications. Plus it's super easy to get to inside the hospital and I LOVE THAT.

Floored it from Lansing to make it there by 5:30 to get my medication that’s out of stock everywhere. I drove an hour to this place to get it. Arrived at 5:26 and they were closed and phones were turned off when I tried to call to tell them I was outside the door. I even called ahead to confirm the close time and tell them I would be arriving right before. All of the workers were walking out at 5:30 on the dot while I was crying in the parking lot so I’m positive they closed down their systems before 5:30 and didn’t want to have to help me.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a little over a year now. I’ve had dual insurance the whole time. At the beginning of this year, I called before I refilled my prescription to ensure they had my new insurance because it recently changed (still dual-insured by the same companies) just now on my own. The lady on the phone cut me off before I could even finish claiming they have both of my insurances on file. “Yup we have it”, “Yup, it’s here, it’s on file, it’s been on file”. Come to find out, I’ve been overpaying on my medications for over a year because they didn’t run both insurance that they have on file the whole entire time. So not only am I paying for dual insurance, I’m also overpaying on my medications unknowingly because I’m hoping people are doing their due diligence. So when

Megan D was the worse to deal with in the pharmacy section. She misplaced my records multiple times which is a violation of hippa she was very rude and loud and carried herself unprofessionally

I was referred to this pharmacy by an employee. I want to truly thank Christine for her recommendation it is greatly appreciated. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, patient & efficient. I highly recommend their customer service they went up & beyond to help me.
