Broken Arrow Urgent Care

We had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. My husband went in feeling extremely sick and weak, hoping to get some basic treatment and support. Instead of assessing and treating him, we felt completely dismissed. They refused to give him IV fluids or provide any meaningful care and simply told him to go to the ER. If the only solution is to immediately send patients away without attempting treatment or offering support, it defeats the purpose of going to urgent care in the first place. When someone comes in clearly unwell and asking for help, compassion and clinical judgment matter. We left feeling unheard, frustrated, and still without care. Terrible place and do not recommend. I had been coming here for 2 years for health needs. I usually did the urgent care since it was convenient but I did schedule an appointment for routine work but ended up not being able to make it. I then go in to see urgent care because I am sick and was refused to be seen even at urgent care for missing one appointment. I suggest you don’t waste your time. Staff is always rude anyways.

Front desk help was really kind and professional, Dr Pond got me relief for my symptoms quickly and accurately. I do recommend this location if you’re in need and in the area! Waited about 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon! Awesome!

I am writing this review to express disappointment and concern with the care my mother, a patient with a complex medical history, received at this urgent care clinic. My mother's primary care physician's office, through a PA, instructed us to go to urgent care after we explained her symptoms of continuous dizziness and extreme fatigue, along with her history of low blood pressure, diabetes, kidney failure, and a previous blood clot. Upon arrival, the physician who attended to her was negligent. He barely examined her, simply walked into the room, and immediately instructed us to go to the emergency room, stating they could not perform the necessary workup. I went in for my vertigo. They were so nice to me and Emily, the receptionist, even helped me fill out paperwork because I couldn't look down without getting dizzy. They were so kind and the doctors even took the time to show me moves to help to get my vertigo to go away. These people are so amazing! This has been the best doctor visit I've ever had. Thank you guys so much for your patience and understanding.
