Broadway Pharmacy

I recently started filling my prescriptions here as it’s located close to my employer. Paul and the entire team always greet me with a smile and genuinely care about the community they serve! Huge plus that they’re always stocked with the best snacks 😊

Went to this pharmacy for awhile. At first they were ok. Then as the time went by they kept not being open on time. Never answering their phone and a complete pain to refill the drugs. Then without any notice whatsoever, changes owners, after pretending to refill my son's drugs and then saying none of them are available. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Going to get my son's drugs filled else. I hate people who bare face lies to the customer. Will never go back to place ever again.

This place is terrible. It takes weeks and many phone calls to get the medications we require filled. Our GP only recently starting sending our Rx's here, and every single time it's been a nightmare.

The problem with this pharmacy is the hours; you never when they are going to be open ; even if you call ; they would tell you a time and no matter you get lucky if they are open

I called ahead to see if he would fill my prescription he said yes ..... I drove an hour once he discovered my insurance fully covered the medication he turned me away!!!
