Broadwater Drug

Staff is great... but never have enough medicine. I pick several meds up for people who have no transportation. Elderly mostly. They just never have a full prescription of meds. But very nice employees. I've used that pharmacy since I went in with my grandmother, many yrs ago.

If I could give half of a star I would much rather do that to describe the service I have experienced as well as my family members. Before this pharm was amazing with good customer service and no interupptions from the NOW rude unprofessional staff. When I call for a question for a family member who has stage 4 cancer I don't except to hear a bad attitude or be treated like I am beneath them. I also don't except them to take a prescription already written and make it the way they want it. As in when they fill it or make you pay out of pocket not through insurance's terms but their own terms. For anyone considering this pharm plz reconsider bc it isn't worth the hassle of putting up with rude behavior when you already don't feel good. I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years I have a issue with one of the Pharmacy Technician every single time I go to fill one specific prescription she causes me issues I am going to find me another pharmacy because soon as I see I have to deal with her I get sick in the pit of my stomach she is the only one who causes me any trouble. Today will be the last time I deal with Broadwater

Rarely have meds needed in stock. Always delays and issues with billing insurances put request in to fill meds and it gets canceled or changed.
