Broadlawns Community Clinic at Drake

I went Saturday morning to be seen, but they wouldn't see me if I didn't wear a mask. I was the only one there. I promised not to cough on anyone since I am an adult! Receptionist agreed they would look in my throat, but still have to wear a mask per their policy. I was not seen!

Nicholas Galioto, MD Is the absolute best!! Right along with his nurses, very professional clean environment My whole family been with him for over 20 years.

Broadlawns Clinic at Drake is my go-to urgent care. There is nowhere that will treat you quicker and more thorough. After a misdiagnosis from an urgent care practitioner from a different medical branch, I came to Broadlawns after 15 days of being sick. They immediately ran ALL the tests, and they immediately diagnosed me correctly and had my meds prescribed to me. I also want to note that they go ABOVE and beyond. Went to them on July 1 after hoping I would get better. That morning I woke up and knew I needed to take different action because we were leaving for 30 days for a cross country road trip. I went in, they ran my tests. And then I took off. The doctor I saw there worked with me to make sure I got the care and answers I needed. He called me while we were in South Dakota and worked

I’ve had nothing but good care here, even the times I had to pop in without my PCP there, the attending doctors and team were always present and concerned too! I appreciate how consistently they follow up with results of tests! All of the front desk staff have been patient, friendly, and helpful too. This team definitely deserves 5 stars!

The receptionists, nurses, and all of the female doctors are wonderful. However, I can not say the same for the two male doctors I've had. I've had one doctor tell me I was completely healthy and fine after jabbing his fingers in-between my ribs and then told me to use Flonase only for me to go to a different doctor because I had bronchitis. The other doctor I had for a completely unrelated appointment was visibly uncomfortable discussing female reproductive organs and would only whisper about them. That being said, all of the other members of staff are incredibly kind and helpful.
