I recently visited this dental practice and had a mixed experience, which is why I am leaving this review. I am very frustrated with the front desk receptionist and the handling of my concerns. When I called with questions, the receptionist often responded with “yeah, yeah” when I was asking her to verify information, which was not appropriate. I needed more detailed responses to my questions. Instead, it felt like I was being rushed off the phone and that my concerns were being dismissed. I also specifically asked to receive a callback from the office manager because I had called before and asked to speak with her a few times. Each time I was told she was busy. I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The front desk staff was incredibly caring and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. The dentist and his assistants were gentle and explained what they were doing each step of the way. You can really tell that the whole team cares about their patients, not just the procedures.

I have been going to the dentist regularly for years and have never experienced an appointment structured like this. They began with polishing, then the dentist came in to check my teeth, and only afterward did the hygienist come in to do the cleaning. When I asked about the unusual order, I was told, “Sometimes we do things this way,” without any clear explanation. When the hygienist arrived, I made a light comment that she must be very busy. She responded by saying that “we all think polishing does something, but it really doesn’t.” The comment felt dismissive and unprofessional. During the cleaning, she used the high-pressure water tool and sprayed water all over my face. Money hungry operation. They have no respect for your privacy and time, they only care about their bookings. They flooded my phone with reminders even after I replied with "Yes" to one of them. I got upset and replied with an aggressive message. I reached at my scheduled appointment and was told that the appointment had been cancelled. They said I should opt out respectfully. No, I will not. My cell phone is not your toy. You need my permission BEFORE spamming me. I also never got a notification that the appointment had been cancelled. This is a violation of privacy and abuse of communication systems. This was a follow up appointment to the treatment they had prescribed. They had no hesitation in backtracking on their commitment. Amazing Dentist with very nice and supportive staff! This is one of the few dentists that actually listen to their patients and work with them to accommodate their needs! I will definitely only be using them going forwards! They are kind and patient and work quickly while also explaining themselves clearly! Best Dental Practice in the area by far!
