Broad Pharmacy

My parents and I have been going here for about a year. The pharmacist is very pleasant, attentive and capable. They are closed on Sundays, which is the only downside, but everyone needs a day off to rest. Highly recommended!

I came here as a new customer to get a prescription in a rush and the pharmacist was very understanding. They went out of their way to fill it quickly and I can’t thank them enough. I would never hesitate to come here again. Highly recommended!

The pharmacists are genuinely kind, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are comfortable and taken care of. My 80-year-old parents are so happy and grateful to have such professional, knowledgeable, devoted, and helpful pharmacists. My family and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is very rude. They hang up on customers while the customer is talking. They are also very lazy. When there is a problem with something they put everything on the customer and will not help you do anything. All they will say is “this is not our job.” I had called the insurance company multiple times and even when price does not match up after I have called the insurance company the pharmacy will not do anything. Their attitude just shows that they do not care. They do not give any clear directives. They are not professional. They are very rude to customers and do not have the right etiquette. I was very unhappy with their customer service multiple times. I highly do not recommend this pharmacy. I have also switched pharmacy.

The pharmacists are friendly and very knowledgeable. They went extra steps to help me, and as someone paranoid about COVID, it comforted me to see how strictly they adhered to safety precautions as health professionals.
