So sad after 12 plus years I will have to find another doctor. So liked this office.in all the years past, I never called more than a couple of weeks in advance to get my appt. Called today and booked up until Feb. I have to use my insurance to exact date so must go in Dec. I will say the person who answer phone is a little hateful but I can deal with that for a good doctor. He really is great and I will miss seeing him after so many years

Mark Brittain is the best Eye Doctor in Salisbury! I had to go by there today for an appointment. His office was great at squeezing me in under short notice before I was going to be out for surgery. He has the best Doctor ~to~Patient skills! So personable and friendly ☺️ Smart too!! Our family has been coming to him for years. He is also wonderful about putting my sons contacts In for him , when I’ve needed him to due to me being out of town. Due to him not being able to put them in himself after 4 years....lol....😂

Dr Brittain is the best eye doctor that I have ever been to. He is extremely thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. He is honest about pricing and wants you to be knowledgeable about your purchases. He is extremely kind, thoughtful, funny, and professional. His staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Dr. Brittain since I was a little girl. Absolutely the best eye doctor in salisbury. He's very considerate to all situations. He built a great relationship with our family. I would recommend Dr Brittain any day.

Great doctor, very kind and friendly and remembers you even when he only sees you once a year or every other year. Staff is amazing and very accommodating!
