Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The front desk, assistants, and the dentist Dr Duke were all friendly, professional, and very thorough, which immediately put me at ease. During my visit, I had an unexpected hypoglycemic episode, and the team recognized it right away and calmly jumped into action. They checked on me constantly, made sure I was safe and comfortable, and didn’t rush anything until I felt stable again. It’s rare to find a dental office that delivers excellent clinical care and also knows how to handle a medical emergency so well. This practice truly goes above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for way they took care of me. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly goes above and beyond for their patients.

A dental office is NOT my favorite place! A dear friend who had recently experienced similar dental issues recommended Britely. In spite of the unusual cold temperatures outside, the office reception area was warm, bright, welcoming and comfortable. I was given an extension questionnaire to fill out. It was like no other medical history account in memory. The check box response’s made it easy to complete. Sabrina led me into a nice consult room. So glad I didn’t have to pass by or see any intimidating dental rooms with all its paraphernalia. There was no pretense in Sabrina’s interaction with me. I’m so happy I found this place. I don’t even know where to begin. The entire staff has been amazing. Dr. Duke and Serena have been very kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I’ve had a very traumatic experience in the past with a different dental office, so I'm very cautious about who I will let work on my mouth. I feel very safe at Britely. After it took me awhile to find their office I was greeted by Serena with a friendly smile. I felt very comfortable in my surroundings. I met Dr. Duke who was also very nice n friendly n easy to talk with. He explained everything to me about my situation. I left with all the information that he gave me along a with a folder. I have a lot to think about. I would highly recommend Britely Dental n Implants to anyone who is looking for answers to their dental problems.
