if i could i would put zero stars but i had an extremely upsetting experience at Brite Dental, specifically with the orthodontist Dr. Shaymaa Mohsin. This has been, by far, the worst orthodontic experience I’ve ever had. My treatment has been dragged out for an unreasonable amount of time, and I repeatedly experienced long delays in receiving my aligner trays with little to no explanation. When I finally asked a simple and reasonable question—why my treatment was taking so long and why my aligners were delayed—I was met with hostility instead of professionalism. Dr. Shaymaa Mohsin yelled at me, became aggressive, and then kicked me and my mother out of the office for asking questions about my own treatment. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this company. The management at this location demonstrates a consistent lack of professionalism. The office manager communicates with patients in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, while front desk staff frequently engage in personal conversations instead of attending to patients or answering phone calls. This issue extends beyond a single location. I was referred from one office to another multiple times without receiving any assistance or resolution. While I understand that medical offices can experience delays due to late arrivals or walk-in patients, this does not justify the unprofessional attitude and disregard shown toward patients. I love coming here! They make cleanings so easy, not to mention they’re awesome with dealing with my very inquisitive 4 year old. Jose did a great job explaining the function of everything in the office to him! Definitely going to continue to recommend this dentists office to my family and friends.

“I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog! the dentist is mean & horrible! & doesn’t know what he’s doing! he took X-rays of my teeth & didn’t tell me he was not able to pull my tooth! until after he numbed my mouth then proceeded to do 2 more patients while I sat with my mouth numb! for 30 minutes! when he finally came in he began to pull my tooth. He got aggravated because I was moaning because it hurted me severely! he said you’re gonna scare the other patients! no compassion at all! as he was pulling my tooth he threw his gloves down & said he’s done! after breaking half of my tooth out! & leaving the other piece of tooth in my mouth! with my mouth full of blood! My 7 year old loves this place! Just went in today and he's already asking when he can go back. Says Dr.Shaan and Eddie are his friends and honestly they are pretty great! They go above and beyond making my children feel comfortable and they are super friendly. I also love how patient they are with my children and of course they get the job done. Don't hesitate, this is the place to go too! Thank you Dr.Shaan, Eddie and all staff for your hard work, appreciate it!
