I’m not sure where all these good reviews are about. This place is dirty. It stinks of urine and poop as soon as you walk in the door. They refused to provide someone near and dear to me all billing information. Yes refused. They are shady. Even the blankets they provide are the thinnest quality you could expect and they are left dirty on the bed. The people are in wheelchairs cramming up the walkways. So many of them sitting in their wheelchairs talking to themselves looking and smelling very bad. That many people In a hallway is a fire hazard. Oh and the cost. Omg pls. A lot of money for a horrible smelly place.

I’m an inmate and if you love someone don’t let them come here. In a few days I’m outa here - thank heavens for that.

Don’t listen to the disgruntled reviews with the spelling errors below, they don’t know what they’re talking about or how things work in LTC . This place has done a 180 and is phenomenal and a gem in Bristol for locals. Finally!

It's a wonderful nursing home and physical rehab center. The staff are very respectful and kind. There is a solution to any problem. The medical and mental care are top notch. The food is good and the beds and baths are clean. The rest of the residents are easy to get along with and everyone is respectful. My father and my mother preceded me here and I am glad I took my doctor's advice and came here.

I have been a resident at silver lake for 13 months. The nurses are always looking out for you to make sure you get medicine on time. The aids are great helping with your needs. The activities so you don't get bored. Other residents are social. One big plus you can smoke here.
