My elderly mom uses this drugstore. There was one evening. My mom didn’t have no way to pick up her medication and when she finally found a way it was late in the evening I called and I asked is there anyway they can wait a few minutes after 6 o’clock with the care and compassion, they did I let them know that my mom was in a lot of pain because shingles. They didn’t have to do this. I first spoke with Connor and then he asked a young lady about staying and I don’t know her name but I just wanna share my appreciation You’re amazing. Thank you’

I enjoy the hometown feel of Brisson drugs. And how helpful all the pharmacy technicians are. And have a staff is always ready to explain how to take my medicine. They even do delivery which came in very handy when I didn't have a vehicle.

Please don't try to set up pharmacy delivery services with this company. They will schedule an appointment with a patient and not show up...and then try to blame you for their neglect and lack of professionalism (gas lighting).

I switched to become a customer because briston drugs has been around since before the advent of time, so I figured they had to be doing something right. Long story short, I became a customer because of getting my pain medications filled seeing how I had back surgery and then broke my back. I did not get in my pain medication filled for a couple months. So when I go back to get a pain prescription filled they inform me that I am no longer on their list. So now all I hear is we're not accepting new patients at this time we are not accepting new patients. So now to get my pain medication filled I have to go to Dillon South Carolina. Thanks a lot......NOT!!
