I've had nothing but positive, individualized experiences with Brisma pharmacy. Their level of customer service is exceptional in a time where work ethic and compassion is almost extinct. Even the individuals they hire to get my medication to me are pleasant and respectful. Thank you Brisma P.S. they even know my name upon answering my calls....impressive.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Have always had a great experience. The local pharmacies always have the magic touch. Brisma deals with the insurance and get the issue resolved rather than you having to call and fight with the insurance. When you need the pills sooner than later they understand the urgency and will act with urgency. We get medications timely. The few times they didnt come its because they were out of stock BUT we got them ASAP when they were back in stock (next day!) The drivers are always nice. If you arent able to pick up your medications highly recomend Brisma. They deliver!

I have had nothing but problems with Brtsma. First they sent all my medicine in bubble packs. 6 separate times I requested vials only as I am unable to get them out of the Bubbles & my Dr had me sign an agreement saying I would keep my medicine put away. Kind of hard to do when they are attached to 8 x 10 cardboard with all of your prescription info there for everyone to see. Each time I talked to the manager Ivy, she assured me she had noted "vials only" & flagged my account, yet it continued to happen. I shared my concern with Ivy that if her pharmacists weren't 0reading my chart before they filled my prescriptions or reading the labels they attached to the medicine, what assurances do i have that I am getting the correct medicine? With ANY CARE PROFESSIONALS who have accepted responsible positions involved in LONG TERM CARE facilities, it's supposed to be "well understood, expected AND ACCEPTED" that some "facility residents" ARE allowed to and DO choose to keep physical control of and management of their Rxs. To make my decision on changing to a new LTC pharmacy, I needed to have a few and VERY simple questions answered; from intake to pharmacist, I kept being told to have the facility make contact with Brisma or have "my facility's manager explain Brisma."
