I've been going to Brilliance Dental Care since 2022. Dr Dan Truong and Dr K. Lalu are exceptional. They answer all my questions with extreme patience and do a great job explaining what to expect during an appointment or with a specific procedure. The other staff in the office that assist them are very kind people as well. It has taken me 4 years to write a review. I didn't realize how good they are until I visited my sister's orthodontist in Milpitas (not Brilliance Dental Care). The doctor is rude when we ask her questions and says things "I'm not done talking yet" or "you're not understanding this, honey" in a snobbish way. Really? She treats us like we're dumb. He patiently explains each procedure, sets clear expectations, and treats my teeth with great care and precision. After each visit, he also shares helpful guidance on what to prioritize for self-care. In my experience, the side effects after treatment have been minimal, although this may vary from person to person. I highly recommend Dr. Truong and the clinic.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Liu is incredibly kind and professional, and Ken was also very gentle and attentive during my teeth cleaning. Another staff member helped polish my teeth—unfortunately I forgot her name, but she was very patient and caring as well. The entire process was relaxing, and I did not feel any pain at all, which made the visit very comfortable. Scheduling appointments is very convenient, and everything runs efficiently. After each visit, I also receive a small dental care kit, which is a thoughtful and lovely touch.
