Brighton Place San Diego

I love this place especially Ms Christina always helping my mom feel welcomed🙂 taking care of her needs. The staff that work with my mom are amazing!! Loving, caring people nurses, pt, ot, etc….Thank you! I truly appreciate each and everyone of you! I always recommend this place to my friends and family who need assistance with a loved ones. I visited a friend and he shared that one of the CNAs didn’t wipe his butt correctly and when he shared it with the next CNA cleaning him she went back and told her coworkers. They started treating him unprofessionally. When he shared it with me, I reported it to admin and I let her know that I will report to state licensing if they continue to Retaliate because of he complained about a worker.

They are taking excellent care of my Pops. Clean facility, courteous staff and very great place, overall.

Omg Brighton Place spring valley is the best , they take care of their residents like family great job to the front office all of the ladies are wonderful there!

Beware of this place, people are rude especially management & longtime residents, beds are too short, they might give you a pillow if you’re lucky or a blanket Music is playing constantly Weather you like it or not, R&B If you’re white look for another venue,reverse discrimination is alive & well I’ve never felt Uncomfortable and unwelcome treated horribly by Staff If you don’t really care about your loved ones place them here.
