I really wanted to like this pharmacy and support a smaller business but unfortunately my experience has not been the best. After Rite Aid closed I did my research and chose Brighton Eggert due to the mostly good reviews. I did experience some delays in receiving my prescriptions over the last couple of months, which I suppose you can expect from a smaller pharmacy and I let it slide. They also had no stock of Covid vaccines when I called (and were unsure when they would have more) so I made a trip to a larger pharmacy instead. It also seemed overall very chaotic and rushed every time I called or went in person. I don't know if I can fault to the staff because perhaps they are dealing with higher volume now that the Rite Aids have closed but today was the final straw. I had a prescription

Amazing pharmacy. The pharmacist and techs are compassionate and caring. When I was having difficulty with my medications, they were SO patient and kind. They didn't treat me like I was a lunatic. They have a good selection of greeting cards at competitive prices. I think it was like 2 bucks a piece.
