Brighter Dental

I had a 3:30 PM appointment with the oral surgeon that I scheduled 3 months ago. I checked in at 3:26 PM and all my records and X-rays were already in their system since I previously visited another Brighter Dental Care location. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait more than 40 minutes without any explanation or update from the staff. At 4:12 PM I had to leave because I could not wait any longer. Patients understand occasional delays, but the lack of communication and respect for a scheduled appointment was very disappointing

Everyone always friendly no matter how busy they are. Angie is a fantastic dental hygienist and gives personal and professional service. She knows I like the cherry polish lol. Can't say a negative thing about this business - it is excellent. Been going there for many years. Excellent doctors on staff. They really take care of you.

Fantastic dental practice! Going here for 10+ years and I had never been given overly aggressive diagnosis, or a hard sell on any procedure. They have a high level of honest integrity. Stella is second to none when it comes to a cleaning! Virtually painless!

I wanted to love this office, the front desk staff is amazing. However, my husband and I spend at least an hour in the waiting room every single time we're there. What is the point of making an appointment? My husband had to reschedule over 3 times in the last few months because there was either an emergency or the endodontist was "running behind". It's 2025, there is no reason to be so behind every day, there are plenty of scheduling technologies to allot the appropriate time for a service. Apparently a 3-hour window isn't long enough to see these dentists. WILDLY disappointed.

Despite my initial hesitation ( which happens for all dental visits) today’s experience at Brighter in Robbinsville was thankfully stress free due to the folls who work there — reception was upbeat and efficient, the dentist’s assistant / radiologist was super and put me to ease, and the dentist took much care during the exam and took time to explain things. I highly recommend this location. Thank you!
