Brighter Dental Center - Floral Park

They rescheduled me three times until Sat 3:45 I went no answer; I tried calling multiple times and it said no space to leave a message. Then a message came saying 5pm. I went and the older lady in front started arguing with me saying if you don’t like it leave idc it’s up to you and started yelling and had a couple leave including me, all i went to do is pick up my denture then I got a call to come in and then she was so sweet but was up to something and took my denture to different rooms and put in my mouth when I told her no she said leave then gave me my dentures like this this place needs to be closed they didn’t say how to care and gave me it like this and told me leave

Never answer the phone. Dentist herself is nice but fromt receptionists are SOO rude. I went here for yrs cause I had no other choice, and they were all so rude!! Never wanted to answer anything without attitude

Great dentist office, people are friendly and follow up with your care closely. Minimum wait times and the office is well organized. Highly recommended.

One of the worst places to come to. No one introduces themselves. No one can smile at you. They all have dulled out faces makes you feel like you’re a bad patient for them. Especially the dental assistant, she was young, you’d think they’d want to learn how to be a good medical professional. The doctor comes from behind and just starts to put suction in your mouth before even saying hi I’m going to be doing so and so on you today. Ridiculous. They don’t know how to make the patient feel comfortable at all. Doctor barely talks. Just in and out. Cleaned mouth very harshly. Rude staffing. It’s not even worth saying anything to their faces because it won’t change. Save yourself the trouble of coming here. Been coming for years hoping staffing attitude would change everytime I come. i recently contacted this office and emailed my X-ray to inquire about root canal and capping services. They confirmed that they provided these services and scheduled an appointment for me. However, when I arrived at the office, I had to wait for 40 minutes, only to be informed that they do not actually offer these services. This was incredibly frustrating as it wasted my time, and now I have to seek treatment elsewhere. To make matters worse, the doctor I was supposed to see wasn't even there, and I was examined by another doctor. It seems they just wanted me to visit so they could charge my insurance. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this office due to the lack of communication and professionalism."
