They asked on Facebook so I’ll tell. Shocked they let the new nurse Diedra in that facility. Sadly I worked with her at a hospital and I’m really shocked they allow that kind of person to work in a place that says they are rooted in Christ like practices. Most of the staff I can tell are honest, kind, and hard working people who want to serve their community, but that went out the window when I saw her in that office. I thought maybe they just don’t know who she is, but then realized it’s HER family that owns the place! Dr. McKinney has a heart of gold so I’m just shocked regardless of family ties they want that kind of person at their business. Editing to clarify: this lady did nothing to me directly. Dr McKinney is a fantastic provider! My son was very sick and she fit him in same day. She was very kind and took time to listen to all of my concerns. The medical advice she gave was spot-on and my son recovered quickly. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and I’m thankful for her!

This is by far the most judgmental Drs office that I have ever experienced in my life. The front desk girls are absolutely rude - all of the NPs will judge you up and down once you speak your mind on what you think is best for YOUR own body bc it may not align with their personal beliefs. I had blacked out twice one day at work - which was completely brand new to me and my body - I called to make an emergency appointment and the front desk girl - Lyndie - had the most disrespect towards me on the phone - not wanting to get me in right away... I ended up showing up and being seen to which I blacked out in their office as well. Before I left I told her if she didnt want to work customer service - dont work customer service. Deanna Jones is one of the best practioners I have ever seen. Very understanding,easy to talk to, takes her time with you and really cares about your well-being! I cannot give enough praise for the entire office, I will definitely return.

This nurse practitioner was recommended by a friend. I had, what appeared to be, a spider bite that was getting worse, more red and hot. I was about to go out of town for the weekend and they were able to fit me in that day. The entire experience was wonderful. Every person I interacted with was kind and professional. The NP was not in a hurry and provided great care. I was able to go on my trip, with antibiotics, and all was well. Kudos to Bright Soul! I highly recommend!
