I had a wonderful experience at this dentist office. From the moment I walked in, everything ran smoothly. The doctor was friendly, patient, and extremely informative. She carefully explained my X-rays and clearly broke down why a deep cleaning was necessary, making sure I felt confident and comfortable with the treatment plan. The hygienist was absolutely phenomenal—she numbed me so I didn’t feel anything, worked efficiently, and was incredibly sweet and attentive, frequently checking to make sure I was okay. The X-ray technician was kind, quick, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The front desk staff was also excellent—quick with insurance, thorough with explanations, and very professional. If it were possible I would give a 0 (zero) star rating. Never have I felt so disappointed and disheartened in a medical/dental practice. My mother was a patient. She lost a filling and was told she needed a root canal and crown for that tooth, as the pulp was exposed. As a dental assistant of 15 years, I have some knowledge regarding these types of procedures, and I ~suggested~ that perhaps they could put a sedative filling and resin on that tooth, and then if the tooth hurt we could look into the root canal (the tooth wasn't hurting). When we asked about this alternative treatment the office manager Luis began screaming and telling us we had no right to tell them what to do. He did not allow us to even speak. All the staff and the Dr were excellent. They explained everything and were very professional. Dr Fonseca had to pull my tooth and she made me feel very relaxed and I didn’t even have any pain.

The nicest and most professional and experienced dentist and staff you will ever meet. I’ve been seeing Dr.Fonseca for approximately 7 years and every visit has been a wonderful one. Dr. Fonseca is very honest and she takes her time to know her patients and addresses their concerns, she genuinely cares and it shows. My entire family goes to her and we conceder ourselves lucky to know her!

I have been attending Bright Smiles for the last few years and I’ve always been treated extremely well. In fact on my last visit yesterday the dental hygienist did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and Dr. Fonseca did an exemplary job at evaluating them and giving recommendations.
