I could not be happier to have made the switch over to Bright Smiles Dental. I could not have been happier with the patient care that I experienced. Alex at the front desk was warm and inviting not just in person but also over the phone. Dr. Patmidi could not have been kinder. She really took her time to explain things to me and to make sure I was comfortable during every step of the cleaning process. What I appreciated most of all was that I never felt judged by her. She provided some recommendations on how to improve my dental health but never made me feel ashamed like my previous dentist did. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

Negative stars if possible. My dental cleaning took 18 minutes. Yes, 18. As someone who went to school for dental assistance I'm well aware of how long this should take. I was rushed and actually experienced discomfort for the first time ever at the dentist. I have very good dental hygiene so there was nothing that difficult about my cleaning. I was actually hurt during this rushed process and was nearly gas lit into getting xrays when I know I've had them done in the past 7 months. Not to mention my top left quadrant was not polished but i did not say anything because i needed to get out of the chair. I was not given rinse for my mouth afterwards either which anyone should know that any loose debris or plaque in my mouth could make me ill if not rinsed out. Thankfully I'm educated in

I have been scared to go to the dentist but I needed to be seen. This office was covered by my insurance so I gave them a try. First of all everyone I came in contact with was super nice! The receptionist, the assistant, and the doctor! I love the doctor. She was very gentle but still did an amazing job with my cleaning. She would stop and ask me if I’m doing ok while she worked on me. I just felt like I was being really being taken care of! I 100% recommend this office!

My family and I love our dentist. We jave been going here for 4 years. My daughter has a phobia with getting dental work but the dentist was so polite and patient. She took her time to perform the root canal and filling and other dental work over a few visits. They are open on some saturdays for certain services. The office is always clean and organized. The front desk always professional and have great customer service skills.

This dental office has got to be one of the worst in the area. The customer service is non existent, very rude and not professional at all. Don't go here. Go somewhere else where they treat you with respect and dignity not just $$$ dollar signs.
