They actually care. My dental work is being covered by the VA, who gave me dentures that were massively oversized for my mouth. Bright smiles worked what magic they could to make them actually functional, until I can get my new dentures made by, Bright Smiles. They did this on my first visit, all I had to do was ask for a reline and adjustment. It wasn't even part of my original appointment, and two staff members worked together to make sure I could use what poor dentures I had been given, until they could get me a new set. I cannot wait to see what their dentures look like, after the magic they pulled with my garbage ones. Thank you guys, I will send everyone I know to you in a heart beat. I have been a patient at Bright Smiles for several years. I have had crowns, filling, bridge work, a partial, night guard, and cleanings. The office staff is always helpful, my scheduling has always been perfect. They have always gotten me in on time and even called when something sooner or more convenient has been available.
