The staff, particularly the one with the dimples and bubbly attitude, is awesome! Great welcoming environment. Makes going to the dentist worth it. Arrive scared.. leave laughing out loud!!

My kids have been coming here for years, and the staff and dentist are very friendly and nice, however doing their visit in May, I’ve noticed there is no kind of precautions being taken for the Covid-19 virus. Temperatures are not being checked when you walk in. Masks by patients, and some staff are not being worn and there is NO six feet distance in there between chairs. People were coughing with no masks on and it made me very uncomfortable. My advice to anyone with appointments here, WAIT til Bright Smiles understand the meaning of taking precautions and caring for their patients and patients families, and start being more cautious of the virus. This is nothing to be playing with especially when your patients are kids.

Very friendly staff! The waiting room has a great selection of movies running while you wait. They are even kind enough to give you toothbrushes and floss after every appointment! 10/10

I’ve been going to this office since I was a little kid. Now I’m an adult with a very busy schedule as I let them know that. And because i had to cancel appointments before a 24 notice due to: Having a low immune system and frequently getting sick, As well as having covid/Flu symptoms then testing positive for both on different occasions I am not bringing an illness as such into a medical office as that is against health code) and as well a time of not having gas because this office is now 50 minutes away from me. There is no understanding. The receptionist fails to make me appointments, always tells me to call back. I’ve called 10 separate times and they never have an opening but other people I know will call and they’ll get them in on the same day. And here it is 3 months later, still tr
