Nice staff, but overly expensive. I had a toothache, and left with a $4,700 quote and no relief. I won’t be back

My family and I have been going to Bright Smile for years. Dr. Jaraplasan and Dr. Siryn are highly competent and I trust them and their entire staff. They are like extended family. It saddens me to write this review, maybe it could improve in the future. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is already an established patient there. However, a young lady who refused to give me her name (even when I asked her in spanish what her name was) asked me why would I come there if I don't understand Spanish because she doesn't speak English 🤔. Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service that I received today. I will be going in person to the office 🏬 to resolve the matter. Ive never had an experience like this 😕 over the phone or in office, prior to this interaction.

They have no respect for your time. I had an appointment scheduled 6 months ahead at 9am on a Thursday for my 3 kids. They decided not to open the office on Thursdays anymore and instead of calling me to reschedule the appointment as soon as they made this decision. They left to call me the day before to cancel it. I missed the call and I had changed my device so voice mail had not been set up, yet. They didn't care to text or email me. I went to the office and there was nobody there. I called 2x nobody pick it up (the voice message on the phone says they are open M - Th). Later, a lady call me saying she had call the day before. I said they owed me an apology and she said "I am not going to apologize because I called the day before and you didn't pick it up". After I said I didn't want

The doctor who attended me was Ball she is really good at doing her job, very nice and friendly. Celeste did an amazing job and was very helpful with the information she provided me. Ball, Mara, and Celeste and they were very serviceable. Time past so fast because is a nice environment definitely would come back. The hygienist named Mara was very nice to me and very lovely with me. Everyone was so kind, loved it. I would come back again!
