From all the dental offices I have been to this is by far the best one! Ivanka at the front desk was very welcoming and made the check-in process very easy. Dr Flaksman and his assistant Olga took great of the issues I had and expressed genuine care and made sure I understood everything that was being and that I was comfortable while they did it. A 100% would recommend and will be coming there again!

I have been to many dentists over the years and Dr. Jon is by far the best I’ve ever had. He was extremely gentle and showed genuine care and sensitivity to my comfort level during procedures, checking in with me at regular intervals. It’s clear he’s very knowledgeable and his work is skillful and focused. He told me exactly what he saw on my imaging (showed me as well), informed me how he was going to proceed and why, and patiently answered my questions, which I appreciated. I came in in a lot of pain, needing a lot of work done, feeling ashamed, but he was so kind and let me know he was going to do everything he could to get me out of pain, even working past his normal hours. He identified the cause and after one visit I was feeling so much better. He really took care of me when I needed

I was running 15 minutes late to my appointment and they still were able to help me fully. They were concerned about my safety and told me that not to rush and drive safe. Once I arrived into the office, I was helped right away without any issues. The staff was friendly and very polite. I had a good experience at Bright Smile. Very friendly to the military community. I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience here! I’ve been trying to get my wisdom teeth pulled for over a year with no luck. I had been fighting to get an appointment with a location my insurance deemed acceptable for months with no response. Finally I decided to just pay out of pocket because of the immense pain I was in. I was in and out of that appointment at bright dental WITHIN THE HOUR. I was incredibly nervous but everyone in the office made me feel at ease. When I got in the chair I was numbed and the extraction itself was painless. Since the appointment I’ve experienced such relief too; I’m n out waking up with headaches from the pressure and pain. Been taking my 2 sons there since the beginning and was about to start bringing in the 3rd one as well. But in my opinion, they are thieves and put money over patient. Few times when my sons had checkups they would tell us they need additional procedures and I would go along and they would tell me how much I would need to pay BEFORE the procedure could be done so I would schedule those appointments and then make a full payment. But last time they told me both needed procedures and it would cost close to $400 so I scheduled the appointments and then 1 month later when we went there, I pay in full the amount they told me I needed to pay and then kids went in and got it done and that was it. Then they started sending me a bill for over $100 more saying now they need more money due to insuranc
