Bright Side Dental

Brightside dental is amazing! First of all they are very clean! Second I didn't have to wait to get into my appt at all. After I walked in I got a friendly greeting, and only sat in the waiting room for 5 min! Third the staff treated me like family. From getting my x-ray's to talking with the dentist I had great experience! I wasn't judged, or rushed like I have been at other places! When it came down to the work I had to get done I had hope in the plan they had! (Out of pocket costs after insurance) Overall I will be recommending Brightside to everyone!

From the very beginning, Dr. Moe Shbib has gone above and beyond for me. He wasn’t just hands-on during my visits — he personally called me outside of the office to make sure I completely understood my treatment plan and felt comfortable every step of the way. Clean establishment and very kind staff. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and did a thorough job cleaning my son’s teeth. I highly recommend this place if you’re seeking to be treated like family 🤗

While the office staff was amazing and welcoming and the office is clean and the environment is calm, my review is based on the interaction with the dentist. He came in, barely introduced himself, bluntly said what was wrong (basically said to take my child’s oral care somewhere else, but come back in 6 months for a cleaning). He didn’t ask if there were any questions, didn’t educate on care. Said what he said and walked out. My teen felt embarrassed. Is that anyway to treat a customer? Thankfully, the front desk, hygienist, and dental assistants were as kind as they were. They are the only reason she wants to come for her cleaning; at least the dentist approves of that service here.
